Rate fixing conditions

  • When buying a cryptocurrency, the rate is fixed after receiving a notification about the success of the payment through the payment form, on the side of the payment system.
  • When selling a cryptocurrency, the system fixes the rate, recalculates the amount and initiates the payment after the transaction is confirmed in the Blockchain network.
  • The required number of confirmations in the network: Bitcoin - 1, Bitcoin Cash - 2, Ethereum - 4, Tron - 19.

Brief description of the main rules of the service

Sale of Cryptocurrency. Deadlines for crediting the details after the exchange.

  • If the client sends Cryptocurrency, the transaction rate and the amount payable are calculated after the transaction is confirmed in the network and then automatically initiated by the system according to the payment details specified by the client. Payments are made to Visa/MasterCard cards in Hryvnia and Tenge currencies. The term for crediting depends on the issuing bank of the recipient's card (from a few seconds to 5 banking days). If the amount to be paid out exceeds the set limit for one operation - UAH 4999.00, the system will send several payments that are multiples of the set limit.
  • When exchanging for Cash, the rate and amount are also recalculated after the transaction is confirmed. Available reserves, time and location, as well as all other details on this type of transactions - check with our Support Service.

Buying Cryptocurrency. Terms of sending and processing payments.

  • Payments from Visa/MasterCard cards are processed on the side of the payment system in real time. After receiving a notification about the success of the payment, the system immediately initiates the sending of the Cryptocurrency to the address specified by the client in automatic mode, with a priority commission. The terms for crediting Cryptocurrency to the client's address depend on the load in the Blockchain network. As a rule, the system receives confirmation after payment immediately, however, in some cases, there may be delays on the side of the payment system or the bank. Also note that the amount payable will be revised relative to the current rate at the time of payment - which is fixed after the receipt of funds, through the payment form, on the side of the payment system.
  • When buying for Cash, the rate and amount are fixed at the time of transfer of Cash to the cashier or courier. Available reserves, time and location, as well as all other details on this type of transactions - check with our Support Service.

Error sending payment.

  • When sending a payment, the system may be refused, about which the client will be notified on the status page of his exchange. Possible reasons: failure of the payment system - one of the reasons, possible temporary technical work; the client specified incorrect details - non-existent/incorrect/blocked account number; refusal to transfer from the issuer's bank - a currency card is indicated or the limit is exceeded. Applications with this status are processed by the operator during working hours. All questions about the term of the transfer can be asked by contacting our Support Service. If it is impossible to send funds to the client or transfer them in another possible way, not through the fault of the service, the amount of assets will be returned to the client minus the commission for sending.

Brief refund policy.

  • The return of Cryptocurrency is initiated by the operator within 24 hours after the client's request. The return of Fiat funds is initiated after a request is submitted to the Payment System or the Acquiring Bank and may take up to 2 banking business weeks. The assets will be sent to the same details from which the client made the transfer of funds in favor of the service. In case of changing the details for the return of funds, on the part of the client, the service has the right to request any information to identify the client as the true owner of the assets.

Buying Cryptocurrency. Payment from stolen cards.

  • In case of suspicion of using stolen card data, the service reserves the right to suspend the payment of funds - until the situation is clarified.

User identity verification.

  • In some cases, when making returns or withdrawals to other details, the service may request from the user documents - confirming the identity and conduct Skype - Call, for the complete identification of the user and his details.

Rules for solving problem situations.

  • All problems are solved through our Support Service. To solve your problem, be sure to indicate the application number, describe the problem in detail, if necessary, immediately indicate new details. Force - majeure circumstances.

  • It is possible to deviate from the rules for performing operations in case of situations that arose through no fault of the Service. Most operations involve a third party (banks, payment systems) and in case of malfunctions, on the side of the intermediary (inoperability of the site, API, technical work, loss of transfer within the payment system, etc.), time for troubleshooting is added to the deadlines according to the regulations on the side of the service - the intermediary.
