  • Partially paid - this status indicates that the application was not paid in full.
  • Error - this status indicates that an error occurred during the payment of funds.
  • Delayed - this status indicates that the deadline for paying for your application has expired.
  • Canceled - this status indicates that the request was canceled by the user or the service administrator.

When is the rate of Cryptocurrency to fiat fixed during the exchange?

  • When buying, the Cryptocurrency rate is fixed at the time of payment for the application through the payment form, on the side of the payment system. What is online transaction confirmation?

  • At the moment, cryptos.com.ua allows you to exchange Cryptocurrency for any Visa and MasterCard cards in the currency of Hryvnia and Kazakhstan tenge. It is also available to exchange using the Sepa Instant method - to IBAN accounts throughout the Eurozone.

In what currency will I receive funds?

  • Funds are always credited to the account in the currency of the card, the number of which you indicated in the application. Be careful when choosing a payment instrument and entering details. Please note that at the moment the payment is available only for cards in the currency of Hryvnia and Tenge, so when you enter another card, the payment will not go through.

What are the limits on the amounts when exchanging?

  • The current limits are always visible and available on the main page of the Service for each of the currency pairs. The maximum amount of one exchange operation depends on the choice of the payment instrument and is set in accordance with the current legislation and the rules of payment systems. If you want to exchange an amount that exceeds the limits on the site - just contact our Support Service and they will promptly offer you a convenient option.

What is the commission for your service?

  • Commission for exchanges depends on the current market situation and available reserves. The current exchange rate for each currency pair already includes all payment system fees and does not imply any additional fees.

Why is my transaction taking so long to process?

  • As a rule, before receiving confirmation of a transaction in the Blockchain network, it takes an average of 10 minutes. The payment of funds is initiated immediately after the confirmation of the transaction. It happens that confirmation takes longer, this can happen for various reasons.
    For example:
  •  The network is congested, which causes a delay in the confirmation of transactions. Unfortunately, this does not depend on our Service.
  •  You have indicated a small commission for conducting a transaction on the Blockchain network, because of this, your transaction is processed in a lower priority order.

Is it possible to speed up a transaction on the network?

  • You can prioritize your transaction by using third party services that provide these services. This information is not advisory, but is for informational purposes only.

The service reports that the transaction has been processed, but I have not received money on the card. Why?

  • It is possible that the incoming payment to the card fell under the financial monitoring of your bank and takes time to be processed by the operator. Contact your bank for details. If the bank requests additional information, our Customer Service will be happy to help.

Are documents required?

  • Some of our exchange directions require a minimum package of documents, due to the regulation of the supplier in this direction. We can assure you that all data is stored on our secure servers and cannot be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, with the exception of requests from government authorities, as ordered by the court.

Is it safe to give you my card details?
